Our group home provides 24/7 care to ensure that the health and safety of each of our clients are properly maintained. In this service, we conduct an assessment to determine the needs of the person living with disability. We craft this Individual Service Plan (ISP) together with the patient and the family. The objective of these plans is to formulate a method of instruction and schedule of training to promote the physical, emotional, and mental well being of a member. Along with these, we measure the progress they have towards achieving their training objectives.
Our homes are staffed with professional, highly trained employees who support the organization’s ongoing effort to encourage independence, improve social interactions, and monitor complex medical needs. In addition, each home is equipped with appropriate vehicles to ensure the safe transportation of our members daily.
Our trained residential staff members are capable of assisting in the following areas:
- Medical and Counseling Appointments
- Medication Management
- Individual Service Plan (ISP)
- Behavior Treatment Plan (BTP)
- Transportation (as outlined by the ISP)
- Personal Care Assistance
- Social Skills
- Problem Solving Skill Development.
If you have a passion for service, we are always in need of compassionate individuals to join our team. If you’re interested, check our careers page.
