Healthy Homes offers one of the best employee training programs in the for individuals with disabilities. With our supportive and compassionate supervisors and skilled support team, we give members the opportunity to explore their interests. We wish to help individuals gain their goal of an independent and competitive employment life.
Center Based Employment (CBE)
This provides supervised vocational training for a member. They will be trained to work in contracted vendor’s facility where most of the workers also have a disability. Members will be paid based on their productivity.
Group Supported Employment (GSE)
Group Supported Employment: We provide on-site supervision to members working within a community. Members are paid by the DDD service provider to the employer
Transition To Employment (TTE)
Our TTE services equip our members with various instructions and training to help them develop skills for competitive employment. With various module topics, they are taught how to interact and function in a workplace environment.
The program presents a module and curriculum that helps an adult with developmental disability to know how to deal with certain situations they may encounter. They are also equipped with the knowledge they need to make decisions for themselves.
